1. Acceptance

By using Flipr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Flipr is operated by WebEngine Ltd.

2. Description of Service

Flipr is an AI-powered tool that scans publicly accessible WordPress websites and generates modernized redesign previews. The Service does not modify your original website in any way.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Only scan websites that you own or have explicit permission to scan
  • Not use the Service to scan websites for malicious purposes
  • Not attempt to bypass rate limits, credit systems, or access controls
  • Not use generated content to impersonate or misrepresent the original website owner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content of websites you submit for scanning. By submitting a URL, you grant Flipr a limited license to access, process, and display that publicly available content for the purpose of generating a redesign preview.

Generated Designs

AI-generated redesign previews are provided for evaluation purposes. You may use generated designs for your own websites. Flipr does not claim ownership of generated outputs, but reserves the right to use anonymized examples for marketing and model improvement.

5. Credits and Payments

  • Free scans are available without an account
  • Advanced features require credits, which may be purchased or earned
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Pricing may change with 30 days notice

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Flipr is not liable for:

  • Accuracy or completeness of scan results
  • Quality or suitability of AI-generated designs
  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
